Paddy Lavelle is a leadership and communications coach who helps mid-level managers develop and showcase their leadership capability, increase their visibility and ultimately shape their future career. Having worked for three leading Irish organisations in strategically different HR management roles and economic environments, Paddy learned the challenges of being both a manager and a leader through her own experience and through her coaching of other mid-level and senior managers.

With this lack of visibility, mid-level managers can often become better known for their management skills than their leadership skills”.
